Delivery times

Please, allow 2-3 working days to process your order 

• Ireland: Most orders will be delivered within 2-5 business days.

• Europe (incl. Canary Islands): All orders are shipped with express, fully tracked post from Ireland. It can take 5–10 business days for Europe to allow for customs and local postal delays, but most parcels arrive sooner.

Order tracking

All orders are shipped with express tracked delivery & you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your parcel’s journey. I still can’t control occasional delays — especially for international orders — but tracking makes it much easier to see where your parcel is and resolve any delivery issues quickly.

Returns

Each piece is carefully checked before it leaves the atelier, so returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged. If that’s the case, please send an email to lafincaatelier@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, clear photos or video of the issue + packaging. Once I’ve reviewed the evidence, I’ll arrange a replacement or refund for the affected piece.
