Q: What are my delivery options?

At La Finca Atelier, I use An Post, Ireland’s national postal service, to ship all orders. An Post offers reliable shipping both within Ireland and internationally.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?

*Please, allow 2-3 working days to process your order* 

• Ireland: Most orders will be delivered within 2-5 business days.

• Rest of Europe: Deliveries usually take 5-7 business days.

Q: Will I be able to track my order?

At checkout you can choose between:

• Standard shipping - which does not include tracking.

• Tracked shipping - sent via An Post’s Registered Post, and you will receive a tracking number to monitor your parcel’s progress.

Q: What happens if my parcel is delayed or lost?

Since standard shipping has no tracking, I am unable to offer a guarantee on delivery time. If your parcel is delayed, I will do my best to assist, but it’s important to note that delays can sometimes occur, particularly for international orders.

If you choose tracked shipping, you’ll be able to monitor your parcel and easily identify if there are any issues with delivery.
